Our Mission

The World Bean Bag Association of America is the national governing body of the sport commonly referred to as cornhole, corn toss, or bean bagging. The WBBA has garnered standard rules and guidelines for the amateur, collegiate and professional play of this competitive sport. The WBBA is proud to oversee the marketing, growth and introduction of this precision sport to the homes, college campuses and professional "Bean Bag" competitions. The WBBA has partnered with The Chicago Bagman as their official supplier to ensure consistency of equipment to standardize the game throughout the world.

The commissioner, Keith Kamberos, has been involved in wrestling at the Olympic level since 1982. Keith was directly involved in the1983 World Championship Wrestling that brought 30 countries from every continent to the1984 Los Angeles Olympic games; The 1986 Greco-roman World Cup 1994 World Cadet Championship freestyle and Greco -roman that brought 65 countries to Chicago; 1995 Senior World Championship; Qualified in 1994 winter games in Norway in the sport of luge; Involved with the1996 Atlanta Olympic games, the 2007 chicago cup in conjuction with 2016 Olympic organizing committee. His record for national and international sport organization is impeccable. Our goal, is to see the sport of "Bean Bag" grow nationally then internationally.

The World Bean Bag Association would like to invite all of the established bean bag, corn toss and cornhole professionals to be a part of the National governing body of this sport. As we divide the country into divisions, our commission is designed to raise the level of this sport to that of the NBA, WBBAA, the World Cup, and beyond. Join us as we go beyond the backyard and the bars and introduce a true American Sport to the world.

World Bean Bag Associations Goals and Objectives:

  1. Standardize Bean Bag Competition Rules:
    To nationally establish an official set of rules of Bean Bag competition that can be used to standardize tournament play.
  2. Educate and Inform:
    To establish a national understanding as to how the Bean Bag game is played, the benefits of the game and to encourage its development from a elementary level to that of a professional level.
  3. Promote and Grow:
    Encompass the major Bean Bag leagues in the USA.
  4. Equipment Standards:
    To establish and promote consensus for equipment standards used in Bean Bag tournament play.
  5. Ranking and Rating System:
    To establish a standard ranking and rating system to allow WBBA members to compete nationally.
  6. Organize:
    All traveling pro teams nationwide qualifying for tournament play, will participate in the WBBA playoffs and finals.
  7. Establish and conjoin the country's best network of independent representatives to expand the WBBA leagues and teams.
